P&L Transmissions & Auto Repair has years of experience providing Lompoc drivers and surrounding areas with respectable service coupled with reliable auto repairs. The foundation of our business is providing our customers and their vehicles with the respect that they deserve. Our mission every day is to treat each person that walks into our establishment with dignity and sensitivity. Being in the auto industry, we understand that every customer comes in with a different issue. Some need simple maintenance and some come in for more complex services like engine repair. Whatever the case may be for our customers, we enter every day with the same mindset: give every vehicle the utmost care and attention.

We are looking for qualified candidates who work well in a team-oriented environment and possess exceptional customer service skills. While we prefer candidates that are ASE certified, it is not mandatory, and we offer training opportunities for those with little to no prior experience. All candidates who possess proper certification are open to increased compensation.
