P & L Transmissions & Auto Repair has years of experience providing Lompoc drivers and surrounding areas with respectable service coupled with reliable auto repairs. The foundation of our business is providing our customers and their vehicles with the respect that they deserve. Being in the auto industry, we understand that every customer comes in with a different issue. Some need simple maintenance and some come in for more complex services like engine repair. Whatever the case may be for our customers, we enter everyday with the same mindset: give every vehicle the utmost care and attention.

We are looking qualified candidates to fulfill our General Repair Technician and Service Advisor position. Each position must work well in a team-oriented environment and possess exceptional customer service skills. We prefer candidates that are ASE certified, although it is not mandatory, and we have training opportunities for service advisors with little to no prior experience. All candidates who possess proper certification are open to increased compensation.

Position: 

• General Repair Technician

• Service Advisor

Pay:

• General Repair Tech – depending on experience.
• Service Advisor – Hourly + commission after 90 days

Hours:

• Full – Time | 30 – 40 hours/week 

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm
